We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time without prior notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Services.

4. User Content and Rights

"User Content" refers to any music, text, graphics, or other material that you upload, create, or otherwise provide to the Services. By providing User Content, you represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the necessary rights to use and authorize us to use your User Content.
• Your User Content does not violate the privacy rights, publicity rights, copyright rights, or other rights of any person or entity.

4.2 AI-Generated Music Rights

When you generate music using our AI platform:

• For free accounts: You receive a non-exclusive license to use the generated music for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
• For premium accounts: You receive commercial rights to the AI-generated music as specified in your subscription plan.

All rights not expressly granted to you remain with G4sikins. We retain the right to use anonymized data from the music generation process to improve our AI systems.

4.3 License Grant

By uploading or creating User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and display such User Content for the purpose of providing and promoting the Services.

5. Intellectual Property

The Services and its original content (excluding User Content), features, and functionality are owned by G4sikins and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

6. Subscriptions and Payments

6.1 Subscription Plans

We offer various subscription plans for our Services. By subscribing to a plan, you agree to pay the applicable fees as they become due. Subscription details, including features and limitations, are described on our website.

6.2 Payment Terms

All payments are processed securely through our payment processors. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method and agree to allow us to charge your chosen payment method for the Services.

6.3 Renewal and Cancellation

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services.
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Services.
• Any content obtained from the Services.
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

In no event shall our total liability for all claims related to the Services exceed the greater of $100 or the amount you paid to us for the Services during the past 12 months.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

G4sikins does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the Services are free of viruses or other harmful components.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless G4sikins, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms.
• Your User Content.
• Your use of the Services.
• Your violation of any rights of another person or entity.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of the United Kingdom.
